This guidebook was built as a response to the stigma about menstruation and periods, and how it is as perceived as something to be ashamed of in society. It aims to educate young adults of all genders about the period (before or after menarche), while being frank and lighthearted about the topic as an attempt to normalise menstruation.

It has informative chapters about the menstruation cycle and sanitary products, as well as anecdotal stories and tips collected anonymously from the public to put readers at ease when experiencing embarassment.

The book is a visually enjoyable experience, while maintaining a healthy balance between being informative and playful.
